Dr. S. Hemamalathi is a pioneer in Microscopic Endodontics, Aesthetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Neuromuscular Dentistry, and TMJ care, delivering exceptional dental solutions with over 28 years of clinical excellence. Known for her precision, artistry, and patient-first approach, she has transformed countless smiles and lives through advanced dental care and smile designing.
As one of the first few dentists in India to specialize in Microscopic Dentistry, she has mastered treatments such as pain-free root canal therapy, minimally invasive dentistry, micro keyhole surgeries, and cosmetic restorations, ensuring unmatched accuracy and long-term success. She is also extensively trained in dental implants and implant protocols, delivering precise and lasting restorative solutions.
With certification in Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Hemamalathi addresses sleep-related problems like Sleep Apnea and Snoring, integrating her expertise in TMJ and neuromuscular dentistry to provide holistic care for optimal oral and overall health.
Education
Dr. S. Hemamalathi pursued her undergraduate program at Tamil Nadu Government Dental College in the year 1996. She is deeply committed to staying on the leading edge of dental technology and therefore continued to expand her knowledge in the field of dentistry.
She acquired her masters in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in 2001 from the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University. She was the university topper and was conferred the Best Post Graduate Student award by the Indian Endodontic Society. She also received the prestigious “Dr. T.D. Chugh” award for presenting the best scientific paper.
With her blend of clinical expertise, academic excellence, and social responsibility, Dr. Hemamalathi stands as an inspiration in dentistry and continues to be a role model for young dental professionals worldwide.

- Committed to providing society with the highest quality dental care and education, Dr. S. Hemamalathi started her academy “Academy of Advanced Dentistry” in 2011. Transforming into the role of the first female dentist in India to start an academy for those who were struggling to restart their career and to master the skills in the required field of interest. The academy is well known for its theoretical and practical knowledge it offers in different specialities in dentistry.
