Orthognathic surgery is a corrective jaw surgery used to treat conditions of the jaw and face when there is a skeletal malocclusion that cannot be treated with braces alone.This procedure is used to correct cleft palate, open bites, disproportionate jaw growth, sleep apnea, TMJ disorders, difficulty chewing, difficulty swallowing, cleft palate.
